Due to the nature of skincare products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once a product has been opened or used.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@lumerabyfarah.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
We will review the issue and, if approved, arrange a replacement or resolution.
Lost or Delayed Packages
LUMÉRA by Farah is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the order has shipped. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
